Preschool 3

Pammie Ketner

Hi, my name is Ms. Pammie.  I am on my 23nd year as a teacher at The Children's Garden.  I had the pleasure of watching my son, Aaron, grow up here from the Older Toddler program through Kindergarten.  He graduated from Pitt in 2013, and is at University of New Mexico for Grad School. My husband, Rich, is my partner in life.  Over the years, I have worked in just about every classroom here at the Garden, especially in Older Toddler rooms, Pre-school rooms, and Pre-K rooms.  I have enjoyed all the classrooms and the different age groups.  I'm constantly amazed with each child's eagerness and joy for learning.  I have watched many children grow over the years here at the Garden. I have continued my education and earned my CDA and CDA Renewal (Child Development Associate). Plus, I am taking college credit workshops and courses through HACC.  It is an exciting adventure and learning process which I'm planning to continue.  It's never too late to learn!  I am very excited that I have the opportunity to work with your child this year, and I know we will have loads of fun!  I am looking forward to watching your child learn and grow throughout the year.  I feel honored and humbled that you as a parent entrust me with the care of your beautiful children.  Please call the center if you ever need to speak with me.  Feel free to contact me with any concerns or questions.  I will be happy to assist you.
