Trick-or-Treat for Unicef

posted Oct 9, 2014, 5:45 PM by Web Admin
It’s Trick-or-Treat time again. The kiddos will dress up in their costumes. They will walk the streets and collect tons of treats. We would like to ask you to help them collect change while they are collecting those treats. To give a little back to kids less fortunate, we are sending home Trick-or-Treat UNICEF boxes for your child to collect coins while they are trick-or-treating in your neighborhood. Please do not allow your child to collect by themselves. The UNICEF boxes need to be returned to your child’s teacher by Monday, November 3rd. Encourage your child to fill the UNICEF box to the top! This experience will help our children understand that there are children who are in need of the things we take for granted such as clean water, medications, and basic food needs. Thanks for your support! The classroom that collects the most money will have a special treat in store for them.
